Form c7 acknowledgment of service
You will have been sent a C7 form with the C1A application. This is known as the Acknowledgment of Service. You must complete this and send it back to the Court.

CB6 - this explains what you should do if you receive an application.
C1A - This is the form you complete if you are saying that the child is at risk of harm were the application to be successful. You should complete and send this form back with the C7 to the Court
